Once an order has been submitted and payment has been received or verified, we may begin processing the order. Because orders may be processed, packaged, or prepared for shipment shortly after payment, order cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them when the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, unavailable products, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and the payment method used for the order.

4. Product Information and Handmade Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, and other information on the website are accurate.

Because some Bask Creations products are handmade, individual items may have slight variations in appearance, color, size, or finish. These variations are a natural part of handmade products and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product photographs may also appear slightly different depending on your device, monitor, or display settings.

Unless otherwise stated, products marked Ready to Ship are completed handmade items available from our current inventory.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices and applicable shipping charges are displayed before an order is completed.

Depending on the product and checkout process, payments may be handled through third-party payment providers or payment services made available by Bask Collective.

For orders using a manual payment method, such as Cash App, an order may remain pending until payment is received and verified.

You are responsible for submitting the correct payment amount and following the payment instructions provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, payment, or listing errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact you regarding the order or cancel the affected order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Available shipping options, shipping charges, and any estimated delivery information will be provided during the checkout process.

For ready-to-ship products, orders will generally be processed and shipped as soon as reasonably possible after payment has been received and verified.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and carrier delays are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Because many Bask Creations products are handmade and sold from limited ready-to-ship inventory, sales are generally final except where an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a workmanship issue covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
